The Cosmetic, Toiletries and Fragrance Association (CTFA) was formed in the late 1970’s, and then know as The Association of Cosmetic Manufacturers and Importers of Malaysia (ACMIM). The name has been changed to CTFA in 1989.
CTFA works to promote trust and confidence in the personal care industry and to insure that regulations are competitive and internationally harmonized.
